He qualified as a doctor in 2003 from University College London Medical School and is a GP in his NHS practice, Cricket Green Medical Practice, in Mitcham, South London.
He has a keen interest in technology, computing and scoping the future. He believes that the most revolutionary applications of artificial technology will redefine what humans define as intelligent, making what used to require human input seem routine.
He has led innovation projects including Telehealth implementations and implementing new ways of working. In 2015 he was a member of the National Association of Primary Care (NAPC) Innovation Network. His practice is leading the development of the East Merton Primary Care home, a network of practices covering 40,000 patients.

Andrew qualified from Charing Cross & Westminister Medical School in 1993 and is an GP partner at Cricket Green Medical Practice. He is a long time GP trainer and has experience in education, clinical governance and CQC / regulatory compliance.
In recent years he has also worked as the Mental Health lead for Merton Clinical Commissioning Group.
Dr Nav Chana – Founder and Director YourDr UK.
Nav trained at Charing Cross Medical School in 1986. His has a history of innovation in clinical practice, including being a pioneer in using near patient testing in UK general practice, as well as training and using new types of clinical staff in primary care. He set up the first and oldest Physician Associate (PA) course in the UK at St George’s Medical School. He has an extensive knowledge and expertise in medical education, with roles at both local and regional levels.
His national profile and contacts are extensive with recent and current roles including: Senior Clinical Adviser Health Education England (S.London); National Clinical Workforce lead NHSE New Care Models; Primary care Adviser New Care Models board NHSE.
